If you're in need of an upgrade and/or migration of mission-critical services, let us know.
If you don't upgrade, you will be putting your company assets at risk and possibly violating your own company policy and/or third party regulations. You certainly will not pass your next security audit. Please don't take this as a scare tactic. If you wish to take the risk and keep using Windows Server 2003, that's your choice. Just make sure you do your research and that you're aware of the implications.
Alternatively, lighten your load by not carrying the risk. Upgrade now.
